Hi! I'm Kellina.

 

I am a New York City based graphic designer and illustrator.

I graduated from UC Davis with a degree in food science and have worn many different hats post-grad including: Teach For America alum, special educator, customer experience agent, product design fellow and freelance graphic designer/illustrator.

 

Each of my different roles has influenced my perspective as a designer, from highlighting the importance of accessible content to designing with fun and whimsy at the forefront.

 

For the last five years, I have worked on branding, social media, global sales pitches, trade show booths, and retail display design for retailers such as Target, Walmart, Kohl's, and John Lewis, primarily in my role as a senior graphic designer at Pearhead.

 

When I am not working I am experimenting in the kitchen (mostly baking), attempting to hit my annual reading goal, or running in Central Park, training for my next race.
